3/2/2024 0 Comments Backbone vs razerKishi is still over all the best, and it ultimately sucks that Razer chose the el cheapo route with the V2, but Kishi is mobile king. In this video we compare multiple handheld controllers for mobile gaming such as the Backbone, Razer Kishi v2, and Gamevice flex and see which controller is. It also needs to be argued that given the Kishi models all started to use hall effect sensors, there'd be nothing that could touch them. ![]() Like not badly, but the rubber slickening up isn't fun.įor me the Kishi V1 provides every little bit of convenience that a lot of the controllers on the market can't. Backbone holds onto the phone really firmly at first but with more use over time the rubber pieces that hold it in place start to easily give. I like the Backbone for certain applications, especially if it's just throwing a quick to apply controller to the phone. The main differences I see are that the Razer v2 has analog triggers and two extra custom bumper buttons, while the Backbone will offer data pass-through USB-C and a 3. ![]() There are, however, some significant differences in the overall feel of each device. Both are low-latency gamepads with speedy response times and snappy thumbsticks. My preference is a bit of the same to be fair, though in certain applications where I gotta be outta the house in a rush, I'll generally throw both in my bag and regularly snag up the Kishi V1 while on-the-go. Neither the Backbone One nor the Razer Kishi V2 ever snagged in our own testing. ![]() I'll drop my input as well since I currently only own the Kishi V1, & Backbone.
